Extension of RTUs and SCADA in Control Center ED Mostar B&H with new feeders installed in S/Ss 35/10 kV Blagaj, Musala and Vrapcici. RTUs ABB COM600 and SICAM TM 1703 ACP, control and protection devices SIEMENS SIRPOTEC 4 and SIPROTEC COMAPCT. Communication protocols IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-103,101 and 104.
